Entertaining The Troops
Jennie McNulty has never done anything halfway — whether she's performing stand-up comedy to audiences around the world, playing quarterback in professional women's football, helping her clients transform their health, or teaching the next generation how food can change their lives.
Jennie's comedy career has taken her everywhere. From clubs and colleges across the U.S. to entertaining American troops in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Eastern Europe, she's brought laughter to some of the most unexpected corners of the globe. Her travels have also included the sun-soaked beaches and serene sea ports of the world-renowned LGBT travel circuit, performing with Olivia and Atlantis travel companies.
Her work in entertainment extends to television and film — most recently appearing
in Virgin of Highland Park alongside Dermot Mulroney and Jamie-Lynn Sigler.
Then there was the playing field. Jennie is a former professional women's football player, having suited up as both quarterback and safety for the Los Angeles Quake. That competitive drive and deep understanding of the athlete's body never left her —
it simply evolved into a passion for helping others reach their physical potential.
That passion led Jennie into personal training, where she has spent years guiding clients through lasting fitness transformations. After working as a trainer with Curves, she now coaches with the elite team at Mint Condition Fitness — the #1 rated strength and longevity studio for adults 50+ in Los Gatos, CA. Her online fitness and nutrition coaching programs bring that same world-class expertise directly to clients wherever they are.
But Jennie's vision for health extends well beyond the gym. As a passionate advocate for plant-based nutrition, she brings her engaging, no-nonsense style into high schools, universities, colleges, and corporate workplaces — teaching students and professionals alike how simple, plant-forward food choices can dramatically improve energy, performance, and long-term wellbeing. Her workshops are anything but a dry lecture: Jennie makes the science of food accessible, relatable, and genuinely fun — because she knows that real change starts with real understanding.
